Gold Raiders Return:
96.22%
The studio page lists a default RTP of 96.22%. Preview listings that add lower percentages are labelled as preview figures only.
In Gold Raiders, winning positions become Hotspot Multipliers that can grow as a cascade continues, while Rainbow modifiers either rearrange symbols or convert those positions into coin prizes. The major choice is between short-lived multiplier chains in regular play and the greater persistence offered by Super Free Spins.
Demo availability may vary by location. You must meet the legal age in your jurisdiction; the free-play button does not record acceptance.
Gold Raiders is a treasure-hunt slot from Peter & Sons, scheduled for 29 October 2026. The studio page lists a 6×5 layout with Scatter Pays from eight matching symbols, cascades, Hotspot Multipliers and two Rainbow modifiers.
Free Spins and Super Free Spins share a ten-spin start but treat accumulated hotspots differently. This card follows the studio rules page; it is not a report of played cash sessions.

Gold Raiders pays with Scatter Pays, not fixed paylines. You need at least eight identical paying symbols anywhere on the thirty-position grid. They do not need to sit on neighbouring reels or start from the left. A Scatter that opens free spins is a separate trigger from these matching-symbol wins.
When a qualifying set pays, those symbols are removed and replacements fall in. Further matching sets can continue the cascade in the same paid round. Seven matching symbols are not yet a regular win; an eighth elsewhere can complete it.
Each position in a winning combination becomes a hotspot. If another win uses the same cell later in the cascade, its multiplier rises by +1. Several hotspots that contribute to the same win are added together, not multiplied by one another. Values of x0 or x1 do not add a boost.
In ordinary base play, hotspots reset when the next paid spin begins. Building a hotspot and cashing it in are separate steps: the cell is marked by a win, then later wins can use that value.
Gold Raiders suits readers who want to follow how a cascade sequence is built. It is less suited to anyone looking for a simple payline rhythm without position tracking.
Base Rainbow changes symbols on a group of eligible positions into matching symbols so a Scatter Pays win can form. The studio description ties this to eight or more positions. The win from Base Rainbow does not generate additional cascades.
Coin Rainbow turns active Hotspot positions into Cash Coins. The studio page lists coin values up to 500× the bet. Each coin is multiplied by the hotspot on its own position, then collected. That formula is different from ordinary symbol wins, where participating hotspot values are added first.
Three Scatters award 10 Free Spins. Rainbow modifiers appear more often, but activating a Rainbow resets accumulated hotspots in this mode.
Four or more Scatters award 10 Super Free Spins. Rainbows are also more frequent here, and Hotspot Multipliers remain for the whole bonus. When the feature ends, those stored values do not carry into new paid spins.
The studio page lists a Golden Bet that improves the chance of triggering Free Spins, a Rainbow Bet that guarantees a Rainbow modifier on the next paid round, and direct entries into Free Spins and Super Free Spins where Feature Buy-In is offered. Exact mode prices depend on the operator and version; treat every enhanced stake as a separate cost decision, not a promised return.
Enhanced stake modes change the price of a round, not the certainty of a profit. Set a session budget before opening the feature menu, and count every purchased entry against that same limit.

Decide how much you can lose in total. Count the full price of Golden Bet, Rainbow Bet or a direct bonus entry, not just the ordinary spin stake.
Keep time separate from cascade length
A long cascade or a Super Free Spins trail is still part of one session. Stop when your chosen time limit is reached.
Do not chase a persisting hotspot grid
A strong base-game chain does not make the next paid spin due a Rainbow. Do not raise stakes to recover earlier losses.
Suit stones and treasure-hunter characters form Scatter Pays wins from eight matching symbols. Hotspots mark positions after wins; Base Rainbow transforms symbols, while Coin Rainbow turns active hotspots into Cash Coins. Scatter opens the free-spin features and is not itself the Scatter Pays win system.
Heart, spade, diamond and club stones are the lower paying Scatter Pays symbols. Eight or more matching stones anywhere on the grid can form a win.
Explorer characters are the higher paying regular symbols. They follow the same eight-or-more Scatter Pays rule; a full paytable is not reconstructed here.
Three Scatters award 10 Free Spins; four or more award 10 Super Free Spins. Scatter is a bonus trigger, not the same thing as Scatter Pays wins.
After a symbol win, each contributing position becomes a hotspot. Later wins on the same cell raise its value by +1; several active hotspots add together for that win.
Transforms symbols on a group of eligible positions into matching symbols so a Scatter Pays win can form. The resulting win does not start further cascades.
Turns active Hotspot positions into Cash Coins. The studio page lists coin values up to 500× the bet; each coin is multiplied by the hotspot on its own position before collection.
The Peter & Sons game page lists a default RTP of 96.22%, mid-high volatility, a 31.62% hit frequency and a maximum payout of 5,000× the bet, with Feature Buy-In available. This card stores 96.22% as the single published studio figure. Some preview listings mention lower configurations such as 94% and 91%. Those are preview figures, not additional settings printed on the studio page. RTP is a long-run configuration value, not the return of a short session, and 5,000× is a ceiling rather than a likely result.

Ordinary stake, Golden Bet or Rainbow Bet, and a direct Free Spins entry are different prices. Confirm which mode is selected before spinning.

Total bet: read the ordinary stake before comparing any enhanced mode
Hotspot marks: distinguish highlighted positions from Cash Coin values
Feature label: confirm Free Spins versus Super Free Spins before buying
Mode switch: leave Golden Bet or Rainbow Bet off unless you budgeted for it
Other cascade and Scatter Pays cards on Slots.Tube also build results across several board states rather than one payline check. Gold Raiders is closest in spirit to games that keep position progress for a bonus stretch, then clear it again in ordinary play. Compare how long multipliers last, not only the headline max win.
| Game | Return / max win | Volatility | Bonus fit | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Gold Raiders | 96.22% / 5,000× | Medium to High | Ten Free Spins reset hotspots on a Rainbow; ten Super Free Spins keep them for the whole feature. | Shared cascade language does not make hotspot rules interchangeable between studios. |
| Le Bandit | 88.36%–96.34% / 10,000× | Medium | Luck keeps Golden Squares until activation; All That Glitters keeps them after activation; Treasure at the End of the Rainbow additionally guarantees Rainbows and excludes Bronze coins. | The higher tiers do not guarantee a profitable payout, and the top Treasure at the End of the Rainbow feature is absent from the inspected direct-purchase menu. |
| Bonanza | 95.98%–96.11% / 26,000× | — | Four GOLD Scatters award twelve spins with a multiplier that develops through reactions; cart Scatters can add further spins. | The current 90× purchase is a documented version option, not a feature that can be assumed in every supplied original build. |
When comparing titles, ask whether multipliers reset between paid spins and whether a transformed win can continue cascading.

Eight or more identical paying symbols anywhere on the 6×5 grid form a Scatter Pays win. Cascades can create further wins in the same round. Positions in those wins become Hotspot Multipliers for later steps in the sequence.
