Privacy Policy

Understand what information Slots.Tube uses, why we use it, what becomes public and how to contact us about your personal data.

Who is responsible and how to contact us

Last updated: 16 October 2026. Slots.Tube is responsible for the personal data processed to operate this website. Contact us at [email protected] about privacy, access to your data, corrections or deletion. A subject line such as ‘Privacy request’ helps us identify your message.

This policy covers the Slots.Tube website, its accounts, community features and newsletter. It does not govern an independent casino, game provider, social network or support organisation you visit through a link. Their own notices explain their processing. Our Terms and Conditions describe the website service; our Cookie Policy explains browser storage.

Information you provide and information collected during use

Accounts: we use your email address to send sign-in links and account messages. We store the name or nickname, profile image, account identifiers, verification status, age confirmation and account dates associated with your account. If you choose Google sign-in, Google supplies an identifier and the profile details it makes available, such as your name, email and avatar. We do not receive your Google password.

Community activity: we store the reviews, ratings, comments, replies, likes and attachments you submit, together with the account and dates associated with them. You choose what to disclose in your contributions. Please do not post identity documents, payment details, account credentials or private information about another person.

Subscriptions and correspondence: we use the email and language associated with your newsletter subscription, its status and unsubscribe record. If you contact us, we process your message, contact details and information needed to resolve it.

Technical information: requests to the website can reveal an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, time of access and referring page. Our hosting and security services process this information to deliver pages, operate sessions, identify errors and protect the website. A country indication supplied by our delivery service may be used to choose relevant offers; it is not precise GPS location.

What other visitors can see

Your public profile can show your display name, avatar and published contributions. Published reviews, ratings, comments and attachments can be read by other visitors and may appear in search engines or copies made by others. Your account email is not displayed as a public contact field. Choose a nickname that does not disclose information you want to keep private.

A reader can request an automatic translation of a published comment or review. The published text is then sent to Google’s translation service; the result may be cached for up to 30 days. Do not put private information into a public contribution. Removing content from our site does not automatically remove copies already held by search engines or third parties.

Why we use personal data

We use account data to provide sign-in, maintain your profile, associate contributions with their author and send essential account messages. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, providing the account service you request is our contractual basis for this processing. An email address is necessary for email sign-in; a public nickname is needed to participate under a chosen identity. You can read the website without creating an account.

We use technical data, moderation records and correspondence to keep the website secure, investigate misuse, handle requests and correct errors. Where applicable, the basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, safe publication and community. We consider the effect on individuals and do not use this basis as a substitute for consent when consent is required. We may also process information to meet a specific legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

Newsletter messages depend on your separate subscription choice. Creating an account or signing in does not automatically subscribe you. You can withdraw your marketing consent using the unsubscribe link in a newsletter or by emailing us. Essential sign-in and account-security messages are separate from marketing.

Optional Google Analytics depends on the separate Accept choice in the storage notice. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, that consent is the basis for loading Google Analytics and storing its identifier. You can refuse or withdraw the choice without losing access to the website. Necessary session and security storage does not depend on it.

We do not use personal data for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. Country-based selection of offers does not determine your legal eligibility to gamble or your eligibility for a casino account.

Service providers and other recipients

The website uses DigitalOcean for hosting, Cloudflare for delivery, security and media storage, and Resend for delivery of account and newsletter emails. These services receive the information needed for their functions. Authorised people maintaining the website can access information needed for support, administration and moderation. Public contributions are also disclosed to their readers.

Google receives information when you choose Google sign-in or request translation of published text. These functions are separate from Google Analytics. Google Analytics 4 runs on slots.tube only after you choose Accept in the storage notice. Rejecting that choice, or leaving it unanswered, does not load Google’s analytics script and does not create an analytics identifier. Accepting sends Google the page address, title, referrer and browser or device information. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses; it uses the IP address to derive coarse location and then discards it, as described in Google’s EU-focused data and privacy note. The choice is stored in this browser for 180 days and does not include your name or email address. It does not enable advertising cookies, ad personalisation or Google signals. An earlier acknowledgement saved as st_storage_notice is not analytics consent. You can change the choice through Cookie information in the footer. Google describes the wider processing in its privacy policy.

We may disclose relevant information when legally required, to respond to a valid official request or to protect rights in a documented dispute. We do not sell your account email or newsletter list to casinos. An affiliate link can send a referral identifier to an external partner when you follow it; it does not give that partner access to your Slots.Tube account.

International processing

The website serves readers in different countries. Its hosting infrastructure is in Amsterdam, while delivery, email, authentication, translation and media services can involve processing elsewhere, including outside your country. The presence of a European hosting location does not mean every recipient processes all data only in Europe.

Transfer requirements depend on your location, the recipient and the processing involved. You can ask us which safeguards apply to a particular transfer and how to obtain relevant information. Providers describe their services and data-processing terms in their DigitalOcean, Cloudflare, Resend and Google privacy information. These links do not replace our responsibility for processing carried out on our behalf.

How long information is kept

We keep account details while they are needed to provide your account and deal with associated requests. There is no automatic promise that an account expires after a fixed period of inactivity. You can request account closure or deletion by email. Public contributions remain available while published, unless removed through moderation or an applicable request.

Newsletter information is kept while your subscription is active. After an unsubscribe request, a limited record such as the email address and unsubscribe date can be retained to respect that choice and handle related questions; unsubscribing does not itself erase a separate website account.

Support, security and dispute records are retained according to the time needed to resolve the issue, investigate abuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Where a specific deletion period cannot be set in advance, these purposes determine the period rather than a blanket right to retain everything indefinitely. The deployment backup cycle retains routine backups for 14 days; a deletion may therefore take time to disappear from backup copies. Restoring a backup must also respect previously received deletion requests.

Browser-storage durations are described in the Cookie Policy. Published-text translation cache entries expire after up to 30 days.

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy of information you provided. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and to use of your data for direct marketing. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Some rights have legal exceptions; we will explain any relevant limitation.

Send a request to [email protected], ideally from the address linked to your account or subscription. Tell us what you would like to change or obtain. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity, but do not send a password, full bank-card number or identity document unless a secure, necessary verification step has been agreed. We respond within the deadline required by the law applicable to your request; where the GDPR applies, this is normally one month, subject to its permitted extensions.

You can complain to the data-protection authority competent for your circumstances without first exhausting our support process. European readers can use the EDPB list of authorities; UK readers can contact the ICO. Your country’s privacy rights are not reduced by the language in which you read this policy.

Security, age restrictions and policy updates

We use access controls and technical protections for the website, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure. Protect your email account and do not share sign-in links. Email verification is not verification of a person’s age or gambling eligibility.

Slots.Tube is intended for adults aged at least 18 and, where higher, the applicable minimum age. If you believe a child has supplied personal data, contact us so we can assess the situation and take appropriate steps.

We update this policy when the service or processing changes and show the revision date above. Where a change requires a new notice or consent, simply changing this page does not replace that requirement. Questions about the policy can be sent to [email protected].
