Flip the Bird: Max Chaos Return:
96.33%
Game-help RTP is 96.33%. A lower 94.26% that appears in some preview listings is labelled separately.
Flip the Bird: Max Chaos centres on Bird Cage wilds that open, merge and stack multipliers across a 5×5 field with 19 fixed paylines. The main reading task is which cages belong to a paying line before Crow Respin or the three bonus routes change the board.
Demo availability may vary by location. You must meet the legal age in your jurisdiction; the free-play button does not record acceptance.
Flip the Bird: Max Chaos is a high-volatility video slot from Chaos Clinic, distributed on Hacksaw Gaming’s OpenRGS network and listed for 25 November 2026. The in-game help describes a 5×5 layout, 19 fixed paylines, Bird Cage wilds, Crow Respin and three bonus games.

Matching symbols pay left to right on adjacent reels along one of 19 fixed paylines. Three or more matching symbols are required; only the highest combination on a line counts. A full-looking field is not a cluster system.
Bird Cages are Wilds that can complete those lines and then modify the payout. A printed cage multiplier does not pay on its own without a qualifying combination.
Closed cages cover one cell; open cages extend downward over two to five positions, with at most one open cage per reel. When an open cage meets a closed cage below it, they merge before the line is settled. Diamond cages boost other active cages first; final cage multipliers on a win are then added, with a per-cage cap of 2,000×.
This card suits readers who want to follow layered wild multipliers on fixed paylines. It is less suited to anyone who prefers immediate, single-step line results without cage arithmetic.
One Crow in the base game starts Crow Respin. Open cages activate reels; each respin that activates a new reel continues the sequence, with one final respin after all five reels are active. FS Scatters do not land during this feature.
Three FS Scatters award Catch Spins (10 spins; landed cage positions stay sticky while state and multiplier re-roll). Four award Flip Spins (10 spins; open cages lock their reels active). Five award Max Chaos (8 spins): each non-winning spin raises a global multiplier stage through a published ladder ending at the 15,000× ceiling; a winning spin applies the current stage and ends the feature. Reaching max win ends remaining free spins.
The help menu lists Bonushunt FeatureSpins™, Catch Spins, Flip Spins and Max Chaos as purchasable routes where available. Treat every purchase total as a separate cost decision on the operator build.
Bonus Buy and high-volatility cage features change how fast a session moves. Set a stake and time limit before opening the buy menu, and stop when either limit is reached.
Budget before Bonus Buy
Decide a loss limit first. Count Catch Spins, Flip Spins, Max Chaos or FeatureSpins as full costs, not as free shortcuts.
Dead spins are not a debt
In Max Chaos, non-winning spins only advance that feature’s ladder. They do not make the maximum due on ordinary base play.
Separate time from cage climbs
Merges and Diamond boosts can make a single spin feel unfinished. Stop when your chosen time limit is reached.
Bird Cages are the multiplier Wilds. The Crow starts a base-game respin. FS Scatters open Catch Spins, Flip Spins or Max Chaos. Bird characters and graffiti card ranks form the ordinary paying set.
Regular, Gold and Diamond cages substitute for ordinary paying symbols, but not for FS Scatter or the Crow. Closed cages cover one position; open cages extend downward over two to five positions. Regular values run 1×–10×; Gold lists 15×, 20×, 25×, 50×, 75× or 100×; Diamond boosts other active cages by ×2–×10. A single cage’s final multiplier is capped at 2,000×.
Base-game only; at most one Crow on the grid. Landing it starts Crow Respin. Open cages activate reels; respins continue while each new respin activates another reel, then one final respin after all five reels are active. FS Scatters do not land with a Crow or during Crow Respin.
Gold shield scatter; at most one per reel. Three awards Catch Spins, four Flip Spins, five Max Chaos. Extra scatters during Catch Spins or Flip Spins add one spin each. Not substituted by Bird Cages.
Eagle, flamingo, seagull, owl and pigeon are the higher paying bird characters on the 19 paylines. Exact line awards follow the loaded paytable at the selected stake.
Graffiti-styled A, K, Q, J and 10 form the lower paying set. Values scale with the stake shown in the help screen.
The in-game help states that the theoretical payout (RTP) for this game is 96.33%. This card stores 96.33% as the single displayed RTP and as the top of the published span confirmed in that help text. Some secondary preview listings also print a lower 94.26% figure beside 96.33%. That lower decimal is labelled here as a preview listing only; it is not treated as an additional studio setting printed in the checked help. Volatility is high (5/5 on the splash), and the maximum win is 15,000× the bet. RTP is a long-run configuration value, not the return of a short session.

Other high-volatility Hacksaw-network cards on Slots.Tube also pair fixed paylines with stacked wild multipliers and several bonus structures. Flip the Bird: Max Chaos is closest to titles that make merge order and dead-spin ladders part of the reading task. Compare how wilds modify a line, not only the published max win.
| Game | Return / max win | Volatility | Bonus fit | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Flip the Bird: Max Chaos | 96.33% / 15,000× | High | Three scatters open Catch Spins; four Flip Spins; five Max Chaos. Crow Respin stays a base-game path. | Shared “max chaos” naming does not make dead-spin ladders interchangeable with other studios’ bonus buys. |
| Big Bass Bonanza | 90.63%–96.71% | High | Wilds collect visible fish values and contribute to retriggers that raise the multiplier for later money-collection batches. | A fish value alone is not a collected payout. Later batch multipliers do not retroactively multiply the entire feature history. |
| Razor Shark | 94.06%–96.70% | High | Free Games start with Mystery Stacks on reels two and four, an increasing modifier and extensions that affect how long those stacks remain visible. | Do not count a persistent base-game stack as an automatic free respin, or treat the largest coin value as the whole game maximum. |
When comparing, ask whether cage merges add or multiply, and whether eight misses apply only inside the named Max Chaos feature.
Use the automatic Chaos Clinic carousel as a shortlist, not as proof. Newer Chaos Clinic cards can share chaotic branding while volatility labels, buy menus and RTP builds differ. Confirm each live information panel before calling another game a safer alternative.

The in-game help describes a 5-reel, 5-row game with 19 fixed paylines paying left to right. Bird Cages act as Wilds on that grid.
Diamond cages boost other active cages by ×2 to ×10 before final cage multipliers on a paying line are added. A single cage’s final multiplier is capped at 2,000×.
Inside Max Chaos, each non-winning free spin raises a global multiplier stage. A winning spin applies the current stage and ends the feature; eight consecutive dead spins are described as the route to the 15,000× maximum within that feature.
The checked help states 96.33%. Some preview listings also show 94.26%; treat that lower figure as a preview listing and confirm the operator panel.
